Terry Jarcik has 40+ years of experience handling Property & Casualty insurance accounts for businesses and families. Having "grown up" in the business Terry has built two successful insurance practices: one in San Rafael, CA and the other in Incline Village, NV. (Lake Tahoe)

Terry enjoys working with businesses and assisting them with protecting their enterprises and developing their opportunities. He has unique skills to handle accounts in Construction, Bonding, Technology, Workers' Compensation, Investment Real Estate, Outdoor Recreation and Professional Liability accounts.

Besides his enthusiasm for his business, Terry has been active in playing competitive golf, once having been a partner in a golf course. He has great enthusiasm for flying, having secured his private pilot's license many years ago. He also has been active in securing insurance agencies to acquire, to add to the client base of Cal-Nevada Insurance Agency to continue the agency's growth and development.

His 40+ years of service to clients and insurers is representative of the dedication he has to the clients he serves.

Jay Jarcik was born and raised in Marin County, CA (Novato). He attended Marin Catholic High School prior to heading off to college at Arizona State University, to follow in his sister's footsteps.

Jay has been in the insurance agency business 15 years, and holds insurance licenses in several states. He handles the agency's IT activities, along with serving as the agency's Personal Insurance Department Manager.

He resides in Reno with his wife of 10 years (Tunde) and his son, Sam. Sam keeps Jay and all family members busy with youth soccer, T-ball, basketball and other youth sports.

Jay enjoys sports including golf, snowboarding, and the outdoor life style around Lake Tahoe and Reno areas.

Katie is a graduate of Arizona State University. She started her insurance carrier working at Jarcik Insurance in San Rafael, CA before coming to Lake Tahoe. Her overall experience includes Property & Casualty insurance, Workers' Compensation insurance and Group Health and Life insurance for businesses and individuals.

She grew up in in the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, before heading off to ASU to pursue a B.S. Degree in Purchasing and Logistics Management and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. After completing college, she came back home to work with Terry and Jay Jarcik with the family’s insurance brokerage.

Katie has contributed much to the agency through her in-depth knowledge of Construction, Health insurance, Workers' Compensation and Investment Property insurance. She volunteers her time with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Reno. She is a Big Sister to Priscila who is a junior in high school and is working toward becoming a registered nurse.

Krista is a Personal Insurance Account Manager licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Nevada and California. She is dedicated to providing customers with personalized attention and exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity, and has been doing so in the Lake Tahoe area since 1993. She earned a B.S. in Special Education from Illinois State University, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan and cynophilist.
